Positive: They were very nice, ready to help, and welcoming. Communication was easy. We were allowed to use the kitchen, which was very convenient, and we had the chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast on our last day at no extra cost. The riad is beautiful, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The shower gel and shampoo were high quality and pleasant to use. The riad is cozy and beautiful, and its location is central. You can book a room there without hesitation.

Negative: If we’re being a bit picky, we could say that the towels could smell more of washing detergent to get a 10/10.

Positive: Very nice and well run Riad in the middle of the Medina. The decoration is beautiful and chosen with style. Very warm welcome on our arrival. Our room had the private bathroom outside but this was no issue. Nice breakfast included ( since some days they added it).

Positive: Fatima & Obdaida were excellent hosts, the riad is beautiful and immaculately clean. It is (luckily) a 2 min walk to two very good restaurants which are open in the evening during ramadan.

Negative: I don't know if this is a problem with booking.com or the riad but I booked a room with a bath specifically and when I arrived there was no bath. Also, I was promised a free breakfast with genius level and I had to pay before I left

Negative: It wasn’t clear on the website that there is an extra charge to use the sauna and jacuzzi however the staff were very accommodating about this but please be aware of charge before booking
