Positive: Beautiful building, its potential is not used. It's conveniently located. Staff is helpfull arranging transport, suggesting good restaurants. The lady cooking breakfest is extremely polite.

Negative: Bathrooms require complete renovation. Some of the rooms do not meet basic standards.

Positive: Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Riad was very clean. (Manager is fantastic is speaks great English and is very willing to help with any issues. Also will show you round the medina which was fantastic as without a guide you will miss things) It's in a great location. Within the Medina but quiet at night and close enough to good safe parking. Food was excellent. I would recommend it and would happily go again. Really liked the city and the medina. Altogether great place.
