Positive: A real oasis of calm in this crazy city - the riad enjoys a good western medina location and about 5 mins away from the taxi drop off or airport bus. The immediate area isn’t very ‘hassled’ like some of the other areas and we liked the local atmosphere eating around here a few times. It’s also convenient for the new city and a walk to main square - a real slice of Marrakech life with all its comings and goings. The riad is very welcoming as are the beautiful team who will do everything to make your stay more memorable - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace is a real treat and surprisingly very peaceful as you soak up the ambience via the medina rooftops. The riad smells fresh and amazing, and has recently been remodeled with a focus on design, detail and authenticity. Our room was very comfortable with welcoming AC, hot shower, super comfy bed and reliable WiFi. There is a small dipping pool on the ground floor and a shower up on the terrace with sunbeds if you do that kind of thing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our return!
