Negative: We really loved the property the staff was excellent and very attentive. The decor was sooo beautiful. Having dinner by the pool with the gorgeous lighting was the icing on the cake. It would make me sad not to stay here again but there are 3 reasons I may not. 1) the bed was super uncomfortable. 2) the sheets (and towels) were scratchie and uncomfortable. 3) the air conditioner never chilled the room all night, which was rough in that kind of heat. Otherwise, everything else was cozy and beautiful! Thank you for your hospitality.

Positive: This hotel after being in the desert the night before was paradise. There was hot running water, a good size room with amenities, it was clean and comfortable. We were able to access a washing machine which was brilliant and the food, both dinner and breakfast, was excellent. We can highly recommend this Riad.

Negative: Wifi could have been stronger.

Positive: This hotel had high European standards in terms of the standard of facilities and comfort of the room and hotel generally. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, always with a smile on their faces. The food was superb, The hotel had a garden with roses in full bloom and plenty of areas to sit and relax, both inside and on balconies.

Negative: Poor internet connection.

Positive: Really nice Riad with a beautiful interior. Large comfortable bed. Nice view to the mountain if you book mountain view. We had dinner there which was very tasty. Staff very attentive and friendly. Clear recommendation if you stay in the magnicifent Dades valley

Negative: Due to the inner court architecture in the room you can hear anybody at any floor talking.
