Positive: The design is beautiful and many details were interesting

Negative: but unfortunately, it wasn’t always comfortable to stay there, which slightly affected my overall experience. Also, there is no lobby or an always-open restaurant where guests can spend some time outside of their room, which I found a bit inconvenient.

Negative: The location and the rooms are incredible. But do not stay here if you value your privacy. The staff here think it’s “normal” and perfectly acceptable to google guest based on reservation details. The staff looked through my social media and LinkedIn details before I even arrived at the hotel. Unacceptable.

Positive: It is unique - a Jean Nouvel building for the Fendi art foundation. The rooms are really apartments, so spacious and well equipped. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooftop bar & restaurant are lovely. The location is very good, close to the forum but away from the crowds.

Negative: The design of the apartments is great but sometimes things are a little tricky eg hot water tap.
