Positive: This is a very nice residential neighbourhood close to a metro station & accessible to attractions within 20 mins walk to Colosseo. And there is a hop on hop off bus nearby for a city sightseeing. Aleksandra is very helpful & friendly. She took care of our stay perfectly & she also prepared a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. The kitchenette were well stocked with water, soft drinks, chocolates & coffee & tea daily. The room is just nice for 3 person. They only have 3 rooms available. This is the biggest they have. Good for couple with 1 kid. I like the quietness area far from tourist crowd. Definitely a plus for people who wants to have a relaxed stay.

Positive: This place was really nice! Close to main attractions. The staff was kind and helpful. Easy to get from the airport. We love the complimentary water and biscuits. Thanks for the bottle of Prosecco.

Positive: Everything, position was great, selection of free drinks in fridge each day due to some works going on in the day ( which we didn’t hear at all!!), a coffee machine etc, fresh fruit in room and sweets; gave us a small umbrella in case it rained one day. Couldn’t do enough for us! Fantastic!

Negative: Couldn’t really use the garden area as it was shaded by trees and too many insects that would have eaten me alive!

Summary: Absolutely fabulous would stay again anytime
