Positive: The scenery was amazing. The facilities were good.

Negative: The bathtub was dirty. The pool was dirty with bugs. But, they cleaned it upon request. The location is hard to access.

Positive: This is a fantastic stay with very beautiful views, all the necessary facilities and very friendly staff. We had a late check-in, and got further delayed beyond the time we informed the staff about. However, he was available at 7.30 pm to help us check-in immediately, and showed us to our rooms. The room was small but extremely cozy, and the bathroom was spacious with a large bath tub. The hotel is located at an elevation, and one can see the northern coastal beach of Nusa Penida with Mount Agung in further distance. The view of the stars from up here was mesmerizing, and we sat by the pool in the comfy chairs late at night to enjoy the views. It is a great deal for the price given the lovely views, comfortable rooms and having all the required amenities and facilities.

Negative: The road to get here is quite steep and broken in several places.

Negative: When it came to earm/hot shower shampooing your hair half way through like 2minutes water would go cold.. wifi kept cutting out.

Positive: Nice spot, lovely views. Don't waste your time trying to do the stairs to get to Kelingking beach, rather hire a private boat to get there. I also recommend going to Penida Colada beach bar for dinner, it's outstanding. The young lady at the lodge is very helpful.

Negative: The road to this small lodge is terrible and it's a bit out of the way.

Positive: I liked everything about the hotel, the room was very clean and bright, the staff was very helpful and talkative and they were very attentive to the things we needed and asked you can see that they are very good people, in particular the receptionist that works in the morning Santi, was very kind and exceptionally helpful and resolved all of the problems that we were having with the itinerary of our trip to nusa Penida. And Agus, the boy that works the evenings was very friendly and nice.

Positive: This place is a total dream! Reynten Hill is where you go when you wanna escape the chaos and just vibe. It's quiet, chill, and the view is chef’s kiss — ocean and mountain views all day, every day. You can literally watch Mount Agung while floating in the pool. How cool is that? Food’s yummy, the restaurant view is insane, and the staff are absolute legends — super helpful and always smiling. Honestly, I didn’t wanna leave.
