Negative: Tv does not work.. and it’s been like this for years. So just don’t expect they will fix it, even when say they will. They should just take them down..

Positive: The mattress is really comfortable and bedding clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Negative: Property is advertised with a TV. But staff say not working due to no reception. Two of the three days/nights we had no Wi-Fi in the room due to a fault.

Positive: The staff was very friendly, especially Lonek who spend the entire day with us. The garden was nice and hotel offered trips to do!

Negative: Cannot think og anything - it was great

Positive: The staff organized everything for us, even for last-minute requests, such as massages in our room, scuba diving trips, and rides to the port and boat ride back! Exceptional services, lovely staff members, and a very relaxing atmosphere, for the price we paid it was well worth. Props to the manager for doing an exceptional job!

Negative: Would be nice if breakfast included some local cuisine options, though the lovely kitchen staff was able to whoop something up for us.

Positive: Really friendly staff members, always smiling, nice garden with the pool, which were cleaned x-times a day, complimentary breakfast, working A/C, small fridge, we were satisfied Overall Nusa Penida is a sleepy village comparing with Kuta, but that was the reason of our stay

Negative: Don’t expect breakfast like buffet style in German hotel :), but in this hot weather fresh juice or cofee, fresh fruit a lots of eggs variation, which is sufficient based on my point of view
