Positive: Beautiful place to stay, very comfy and very nice staff. The tour around east /west Nusa organised by the hotel with a driver was very very good too.

Negative: If you do the manta raya trip with the company that the hotel has you must have your own GoPro, the company does terrible pictures/videos and you will end up with no memories of the activity.

Positive: Good location, Quiet place, great swimming pool, nice breakfast

Negative: A faulty shower with holes in the floor. All the water was running onto the floor. The holder for the bidet shower was broken. There was a terrible sewage smell. When we checked in, the room had just been sprayed with air freshener. We didn’t want to deal with problems upon arrival, we just wanted to go straight to sleep.

Summary: Even if the room is cheap, there shouldn’t be a horrible smell and broken things. I can’t give more than 5 stars.

Positive: The staff were so helpful with my last-minute booking and arranged the snorkelling and a driver for me on the first day.

Negative: Only down side for me was not being able to get around that easily without a scooter.
