Summary: Modern hotel with all the perks. Decor was fun and unique. Breakfast was very complete. Although we didn’t use it, the lounge looked nice. Sink was outside toilet area, which is helpful.

Summary: Amazing property! We were in town for 1 night to watch the UFC fights and our stay was perfect. The hotel looked brand new, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Definitely our new go to place whenever we're in town.

Summary: I stayed in this hotel on a trip to watch my son compete at Drake Relays. The hotel was less than 15 minutes from the stadium and everyone from checkin to the restaurant servers to the housekeepers were pleasant and friendly despite the high occupancy. The room was comfortable and I slept soundly each night after spending all day at the track. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Let me just say upfront that this place has a pretty good breakfast bar and it's free. The things I would complain about is the TV remote not working, room temperature was hard to dial in, and toilet paper holder was broke. Other than those small items, it's a pretty nice place to stay.
