Summary: We went to Iowa because my mother law was dying. Joy was so accommodating and easy to work with. She’s super nice and down to earth. If you have a senior dog be advised the deck is up high so there are lots of steps for the dog to get to the fenced back yard. Ours managed ok except when it snowed. Other than that all was fantastic. Five stars!
