Positive: Quality of the fixtures and fitting is very high. It felt very comfortable. Outside facilities are very good. Television service is excellent. Owner is accessable and friendly.

Negative: The third bedroom is only accessable through the main bedroom and is very small. The toilet and shower is downstairs which is awkward. The headroom on the stairs is too short for tall people. Duck or bang your head.

Positive: Very spacious apartment. Ambiance is very nice. With complete kitchen and dining equipment/utensils. Very clean. Garden is well-kept and beautiful. Very relaxing place. Highly recommended.

Negative: A map going to the place could have be shared in welcome email. Apartment number with street name at gate would be highly appreciated. It is suggested to make a door to the second room instead of stairs going up and down because it is not elderly or person with disability friendly.

Positive: Location is central, coveniently close to a major and new SM shopping center that also has groceries. The garden or courtyard that it has is very convenient to enjoy an evening dinner with friends or family. The owner was very quick to respond to our queries and questions.

Negative: The kitchen and mostly kitchen utensils and cooking items were scarce, old and seemed not clean. If youare planning to cook then it is ok. There is no drinking water in the water coolers. The bath towles are very used, bring your own.

Positive: very accessible to the new SM Mall, less than 5 minute walk. air conditioning is very good. place was pretty clean and facilities were complete.

Negative: 1 toilet/bath is a bit challenging for family situations.
