Positive: It is close to a lot of malls. The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Negative: The building is dated. The shower in one of the rooms is very small.

Positive: Located close to local attractions. Swimming pool .

Negative: The facility was showing age and wear and tear. Though there's a pool, it was being used by guests and locals people who pay to use it, which is annoying as a paying customer. The rooms are scattered out and some are a distance to walk to get to front desk.

Positive: Basketball court, swimming pool, very considerate when I made mistake on the booking date, walking distance to mall and food court with the likes of Jolibee,MacDonald, Chowing etc.

Negative: Airport shuttle is late almost an hour, Receptionist snobby, Card Paying is not available, Deposit bond - I have never seen a hotel in the whole world who ask for a deposit bond,(what if we don’t carry cash) Shower soup and shampoo holder missing, shower slowly drain water, the door is not sealed properly as in you can see daylight from outside. Not smart TV, We waited a while on the small lobby before the room attendant arrived to assist us to the room.

Summary: It’s very good facility, almost everything you need is available.

Negative: It took 1 hour for Checkout. We were waiting for 1 hour in the lobby. We heard that they are understaffed.
