Brand new villa with garden, furnished and equipped for 10 people, in a complex of villas well isolated and away from traffic.
The fine white sand beach can be reached on foot in 5 / 6min through a private walkway.
Arranged on 4 levels, finely furnished and complete with all the accessories for summer and winter stays, it is easily reachable from the airport and from the city center of Palermo also by public transport.
The 2019 Villa on 4 levels for a total of 160sqm with surrounding garden on 3 sides is structured as follows:
- Ground floor: large living room with double sofa bed and TV, kitchen with snack table and equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and hob.
Comfortable windowed bathroom.
- first floor: double bedroom furnished with large wardrobe and chest of drawers, double bedroom with functional walk-in closet and chest of drawers.
Master bathroom with shower.
Both rooms overlook a terrace with crystal parapets
- attic: single room that opens onto a panoramic terrace that allows a unique 360 ° view from Monte Gallo to Monte Pellegrino.
- basement: hobby room with double sofa bed, double bedroom furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers, windowed bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine and sink.
-Exterior: patio with dining table, relaxation area with umbrella and sofas, sun loungers, green lawn surrounded by Photinia hedge, outdoor shower. Ample private parking, inside the Villa, for at least 3 cars.

From June to September, a fixed position consisting of 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds and 1 chair on the very fine Lido Sirenetta beach, easily reachable on foot from the Villa, is available to guests.
During your stay, free and wi-fi internet connection is available.

Summary: This how was great! Also, Pietro was so informative and helpful. The house has security which made us feel better with our passports. Highly recommend it for families. My son is crawling and turned 1 while here so it was so nice there was a baby gate, play pen, and highchair, along with other baby kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and not a bad walk to the beach!

Summary: We enjoyed our vacation in this villa. Everything is perfect, you can find everything u need.. everything is new, on the terrace there is a big table , perfect lounge chairs. For small children there are a lot of toys. 5-7 minutes and u are already on the perfect beach. In 20 minutes u are already in Palermo city. Near the villa there are a lot of shops, small cafes etc. We became a bottle of champagne by check in. I definitely recommend this villa!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful home! This place has EVERYTHING. We were in 4 homes prior and this home was the most well equipped! The kitchen has everything you need! There's a small cupboard just to the right of the stove that has spices, oil, vinegar etc. The yard is great! We loved the outdoor seating and dining table. Very safe area. The double gate was secure. The outdoor shower is great after the beach. It has hot water which is fabulous. Super easy walk to the beach. Mondello beach is beautiful. Sandy, warm and very nice and shallow. Great for children. Alle Terrazze is a beautiful place to eat right on the beach. Family market a quick drive away. Also a small mall within it. Conad is also a great place to get things you need. This also has food and clothing etc. Drive into palermo is about 20 min. Fabulous culture and handmade artisan gifts! Would stay here again!

Summary: A very nice contemporary vacation home with all amenities. A little far from the beach though. A small plunge pool would be the perfect add on to this property. Everything worked, some of the furniture was delicate and a bit too IKEA’ish. Very nice security gate and entrance. Felt very safe. We had a couple of get together’s with local family and it worked well with both outdoor and indoor space. All in all I would recommend this property for a week or longer stay in Mondello.

Summary: Villa Emmanuele was wonderful. Our family of seven, which included my wife and five kids ranging from the ages of 7 to 14 along with my mother. All had a great time. There was plenty of rooms for all of us. The house was in great condition as advertised we were able to cook almost days and eat outside on the big table which seats up to eight people. There is a small market nearby where we were able to buy a few things every day. There is also a little bakery that is a few feet away from the market. My mother also was able to walk to a bigger market, which was probably a 15 minute walk. The beach is really close. About an eight minute walk and there is a shortcut through one of the neighborhoods where you can go through the gate with the key that is provided by the owner. The best part is that you have access to a private beach with a reserved spot with two lounge chairs, an umbrella and a chair. Water was nice and the kids and I had an amazing time swimming around. The area also has quite a few restaurants and gelaterias so plenty of places to eat and all within walking distance. The owner was also able to set up a driver Giovanni who was amazing, he picked us up at the airport, amazing driver and he even picked us up another day to take us to Downtown Palermo for a few hours. He also took us to where my family was from which was about 1,5 hours away and drove us to many places including a restaurant while he waited in the car for us. Anyways I could go on and on. Great place
