Summary: Nice condo; everything you could want in a holiday condo. Outdoor patio with view and couches and table to enjoy meals outside. Nice communal clean swimming pool. Wash machine and dryer. Kitchen is very compact but has what you need for breakfast and simple suppers. Very clean and lots of room for luggage and hanging clothes. As others have mentioned, its up a steep hill from the town (hence the view). The main square to the condo is 2.5 km, mostly flat except for the hill at the end of the walk.

Summary: Everything else was spot on and better than described. Apartment was super clean and very well equipped and communication with Stefan was better than ever before. Only downside was the pool, while nice, the heater was broken and water was cold.

Summary: The apartment is nicely furnished with all necessary equipment for a long stay. Stefan`s local partner, Estefan, gave us a warm wellcome and was always there to help us out. A good example of the first class support is that we mentioned the lack of heating facility in the apartment. The same day we had two oil filled radiators installed. A remarcable response from both Stefan and Estefan! We want to thank Stefan for having been a most friendly and responding host.. Birgitta and Kenneth Möller

Summary: As I was on my way to Germany from my home in Singapore, I took the opportunity to stop over in Tenerife - a place I always love to go! After the crowded city of Singapore, Stefan's apartment was the best choice to stay and to relax. Everything was clean, comfy and really easy to find directly behind Loro Parc. The area was so quiet! I enjoyed the pool area, the beautiful ocean view as well as the closed by bars and restaurants - everything in good condition and I felt safe all the time. By the way, my favorite restaurant in Punta Brava is "El Rincon Del Mar" - enjoy it! Also thanks and greetings to Estefan who supported me and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place and will come back again on my next tour - for sure!
