Refurbished (July 2022) and elegant flat with sea views. Cosy and romantic. Equipped with all comforts; Stereo with USB and Bluetooth, 43" TV, NETFLIX, Disney+ and Satellite, washer-dryer, dishwasher. Private terrace with nice porch perfect to enjoy an evening by candlelight, also small and cosy private garden. Communal swimming pool just 10 steps away, with beautiful views of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz.
We have a king size bed (180 cm) with a top quality mattress, which makes for a good night's sleep. In the living room we also have a sofa bed for two people with a high quality mattress.
WE GUARANTEE CLEANLINESS, HYGIENE AND COMFORT.

Summary: A beautiful apartment furnished with great attention to detail and great facilities. The location of the apartment is quiet with a beautiful view. You can walk to Loro Parque in a few minutes. The terrace and garden invite you to relax and the pool to cool off. Apartment and facility are very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed 6+ weeks at this property and we were not disappointed. Communication with the owner(s) was quick and easy. We were very comfortable there and the condo is cozy; the pictures are accurate. During our time there we cooked most of our meals but did manage a dinner out per week as well as the occasional lunch. We didn't mind the walk up the hill at all and usually our walks involved a trip to Playa de Martiánez and beyond. We had a car to explore the island more and enjoyed many hikes in the area. We do plan on returning to Tenerife and highly recommend this property. :)

Summary: Property up long hill but worth it for the views. Lovely quiet residential area with good size pool and so close to the amazing zoo in the town you can almost hear the monkeys arguing over bananas. For a true Canarian holiday look no further. Traditional restaurants easy to find and the historic town of la oratavo 5 miles up the hill side. Green, lush and no bugs anywhere. Car might help to further explore island but not needed as plenty of buses and taxis to help rest your tired feet! Surfing in puerto de la cruz tricky due to hidden rocks but at the bottom of the hill where this property is a wonderful steak restaurant offering views out to sea to show you what surf you might be missing! Owners so friendly and help, always contactable for advice and support. Cant fault.

Summary: We loved to stay there! Quit and outside of Puerto but in a walking distance (2km). The Apartment was well equipped with a great sense of decoration. Every single morning we had our breakfast on the terrace. Vanessa took care of everything! Chhecking in and out has been easy. We hiked up the Teide, liked Garachico (Le Patisserie!), the trail around Chinyero, a day at the closest beach in Puerto and a daily quick dip in the pool right outside of the apartment. Summary: We really enjoy being in this apartment. Vanessa and Ivan were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, topped clean and quiet. Big plus from fruits and flowers. We enjoyed also a sheltered terrace and a swimming pool area. However, your own car is almost necessary. Parking place is in the front of apartment.

Summary: We loved the apartment, and the area. Everything you need is included in this beautiful and stylish home. We stayed in late November but swam in the gorgeous pool every day, a real treat. Summary: A very nice location, fully equipped, and tasteful decorated. The terace and the mini-garden is surrounded by palms and plants. With a little walk (strong downhill) you can go to the Loro Parque (6min), the beach (10min)or to the center of Puerto de la Cruz (20min).

Summary: This was our first trip to Tenerife and we absolutely loved it! Vanessa and Ivan are the most nice people and the apartment was wonderful. Everything was very clean and decorated with love. The description and the pictures deliver a very good impression. We had fresh flowers and even some Cookies as a welcome. Vanessa and Ivan were always ready to help and live just across the street. The location is very good. Although we had a car (recommended), we enjoyed our 30 to 40 minute walk down to the city every evening. The Loro Parque is just 10 minutes away at the bottom of the hill. A Lidl supermarket, that we used to stock up our supplies can be easily reached by car in a few minutes. Puerto de la Cruz has some very nice restaurants. The ones we enjoyed the most were La Marea, Tasca el Olivo and Don Camilo. We loved to drive all over the island with our rental car. Tenerife as the most beautiful serpentines and views. We drove up to El Teide, Los Gigantes and Anaga mountains (very good hiking area!). We can recommend the apartment without any doubts! Thank you very much Vanessa and Ivan! Summary: The apartment is a joy to stay in. It is superbly maintained and the attention to detail is thoughful and welcoming. The apartment is ultra clean. Although we never used the pool, we did make use of the gorgeous patio area which looks on to the pool. We found the location very peaceful and we slept extremely well. Vanessa, our host, who lives a short distance away, is kind, helpful and always upbeat and friendly. We'd highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone looking for an elegant, peaceful getaway.
