Positive: Nice room. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

Negative: Stayed for 4 nights and our room was never serviced by housekeeping despite seeing them on the floor and being out most of the day and evening. Even made eye contact with housekeepers 2 rooms down the hall when leaving for the day. On our 4th night we returned from dinner at 10pm and our keys would not unlock the room. Went downstairs and they reprogrammed our keys, but that did not work. They brought a battery powered charger to recharge the lock on the door but ithe charger was also almost out of power. The staff member said "it usually doesn't take this long to work." After 2 phone calls she told us this was the only charger they had and if it doesn't work they would have to put us in another room because no one will come to replace the batteries in the door lock or the charger until the next morning. But all of our belongings are in the room. What if we had medication we needed to take? What if we had an early morning flight? What if all of our infant's diapers were in the room? What if the hotel was full? Fortunately none of these scenarios applied to us, but it's totally unacceptable for a hotel to have no way to open a room door. After about 5 minutes the door charged sufficiently to let us in, but if it had not worked, we would have been SOL. Staying here seems a bit risky.
