Positive: It could easily have had a much higher rating but I was dismissed from the room I booked after being loudly interrogated by the staff ("WHY DO YOU NEED AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM?!!! I'M PUTTING YOU IN A (garbled) ROOM!!" Gave me a room I could not use for shower and when I called down told me there were no accessible rooms "take it up with Booking" which is all run by AI so basically 'f u'.

Positive: Good location, gym was updated

Negative: Maitenance in general seems to be dated. I had to rehook the toilette reservoir chain as it wasnt filling up and the bath tub had a dent in it where water pools up. Another time I stayed the tub drain would backflow dirty water.

Summary: It’s decent for the price, but def needs some refurbishing

Positive: Good location and it’s nice that the gym is included with the stay. Not impressed with the equipment at the gym or the overall room as it was outdated and lacked modern conveniences like USB-C ports and adore that closes easily

Negative: Ice machine on the third floor was broken. Lack of USB-C ports in the room with outdated yellow striped wallpaper that was heavily marked up.

Summary: They need to update at least the third floor, where I stayed
