Negative: We had some trouble with fruit flies/gnats in our room. The couch was not very comfortable and had some major tears in the arm Not enough comfortable seating in main living areas with no coffee table or side tables

Negative: We did not have enough towels for the people in our room but when I went to the front desk, they got additional towels right away.
