Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway property located just 10 min away from both St Paul & Minneapolis. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio watching the sunrise on Lake Owasso and end your evening with a bonfire. Close to US Bank Stadium, Xcel Center, Target Field, Huntington Bank Stadium, MN State Fair, and Como Zoo. Also 5 mins drive to Rosedale Mall where you can shop and eat.

No smoking inside the property. You can smoke outside away from the house. There will be a $300 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required.
I live upstairs (I do have a baby but no pets). The rooms are located in the basement and has a separate entrance locked off from the rest of the house. I won't be in any part of your space.
We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!
Please note that sometimes you might hear a noise due to our little one walking and playing, but we'll do our best to keep it down.

Summary: Pros: the unit is clean and has basic necessities such as dishes, soap, towels. Beds were comfortable TV was able to use our log ins for different apps so we could watch what we wanted. Location was very good. View of the lake was nice. Cons: the owners live upstairs and there is little to no soundproofing. Could hear their conversations and their child running around and banging toys constantly. One towel for each person for a 6 night stay. No separate thermostat so we had windows open when it was 20 degrees outside because it was very hot and stuffy. Smoke alarm needed new battery and continued to beep. No window covering on the front door so whoever can see straight in to your living space. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep, it was fine. But if you need a quiet place to give your kids a rest and nap or downtime for yourself. This is not it.

Summary: Excellent location, 10-30 minutes driving distance from a lot of places of interest inside of Minneapolis! Hosts were very communicative! Could hear a lot of what was going on upstairs, but it didn't really affect my stay.

Summary: WiFi didn’t work for us even after rebooting the router. So that was a pain as we wanted to stream football games. Noise from upstairs was accurate to the listing so can’t really complain but bad if trying to sleep in. We would’ve done laundry detergent but it was empty, we also would have loved to have a fire as advertised but no wood to be found. Overall it was a quaint place and did the trick for our 2 couples in town for a wedding.

Summary: This was the perfect stay for 3 ladies attending a concert on Harriet Island! We dropped our stuff off and took an Uber/Lyft to the concert. The property is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. It is cute and clean. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
