Positive: The property was in good location to what we were doing.

Negative: I paid for my stay on booking, and then when i got to the location they charged my card again on my card. So i was charged for the stay twice. And i tried to work it out with them and they were rude trying to get it fixed. Saying my payment wasn’t sent through booking, but i had proof and they didn’t seem like they wanted to fix it.

Negative: I know that this is beyond your control, airplanes taking off & landing and highway traffic noise. Other than that I had no other issues with this location.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent and also the location to the Expo center.

Negative: I do have a concern on my billing. Due to a winter storm we had to leave early and only stayed two nights. The invoice I received from them $427.11 (one night reduced) but my credit card was charged $710. I spoke with them yesterday but need to speak with the manager about this once the winter storm is over in Louisville.
