Positive: The staff. Every single staff member was so nice! The front desk staff just seemed so eager to be helpful with anything we asked, and they also just genuinely seemed like they liked their job. Even the maintenance guy that brought us a fan - he took the time to tell us how to use it, and when he saw us the next day, he asked if it worked alright for us…it’s just the extra effort all of the staff put forth to make us feel cared for. It was above the usual standard of hotels. The hotel was very, very clean as well.
