Positive: Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

Negative: Roof top bar was having a soft opening. We were told we had to stand in a specific area because we hadn't made a reservation to sit. 45 minutes later, with 90% of tables still open we complained to a manager. We were allowed to sit at a table until the reservations began to come in. Also the printed menu had lower prices than the computer rang up. There is automatically a 2.5% charge on your bill for credit card charge even if you're paying cash. We charged breakfast and dinner at Lazia to our room. The bill at restaurants included the 2.5% charge on bill we charged to our room, and it appears the total bill also included a 2.5% charge on total bill.
