Positive: Cleanliness very modern front desk was perfect.

Negative: Everything was 10/10 besides the day of our check out, the maid knocked on our door ( we PAID for late check out 12pm) She told my husband in Spanish rudely we had to get out check out is @11 he explained we paid extra for late check out she was rude and kept saying go get out my husband was confused as into her attitude she then said she’d confirm with front desk and but check out is at 11 and we will get a bill for not leaving and allowing her to do her job.
