Positive: The location is convenient, and hotel has been updated and looks lovely.

Negative: A few times we've stayed here and there is construction noise mid morning. I don't know if it is coming from the hotel or not.

Summary: This is a really nice place in a beautiful setting. Super clean and has all the amenities we need.

Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable- they need new mattresses. I didn’t like that we paid for breakfast ahead of time only to get there and had to wait because we weren’t on the list.

Positive: Very calm and friendly atmosphere. Lots of shops & superb restaurants nearby the location.

Negative: Very small lounge. Price for the stay was very high compared to the offer. Small lounge, no music at all. kind of Boring Lounge atmosphere. Room television was away cross direction to bed. Air conditioning system was too loud and old! All together definitely the price of the room was very high.

Summary: we felt that lounge atmosphere could have been more engaging...

Positive: Location.

Negative: The gentleman that was at the front desk was unbelievably rude. Unwelcoming and unprofessional tone. Was bothered when we asked about simple questions related to our stay. At check out, the same person and a lady were there. Also, rude. We asked for a copy of our receipt - her response: “You booked on a website… ask them for a receipt. I don’t have it.” Very disappointed the experience of the staff.
