Positive: Good thing was location and very close to university

Negative: No Housekeeping, we stayed for 3 night and not a single day room was cleaned. Staff were very rude Our room in front of cooling units, we can't see anything out. breakfast was not good.

Negative: When we arrived at night the room was icy cold. We asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed as they only provided a thin one. Their response was “we don’t have extra blankets “. Really? It’s a hotel! I pushed back on that. Since they had to deliver a sheet anyways, they didn’t show up with an extra blanket, but it was nasty. I ended up with two of us in the big bed instead of one each bed.
