Positive: The staff was both friendly and professional polite, but not overly aggressive to force a conversation. We arrived late after driving seven hours after working all day at work. Your team, as I stated, was polite, ask all the questions needed. But didn't push for a conversation late at night.

Positive: Great location and enjoyed the bar for drinks.

Negative: Bed (queen) wasn’t as comfortable as beds in many other similar-priced hotels. The staff at front desk were not at all friendly. We could hear young kids screaming in the am in their room, but other than that it was a quiet room.

Summary: Can’t beat the location.

Negative: Breakfast was a bit overpriced and some of the night staff were a bit inattentive- on their phones and reluctant to get off and check us in.

Positive: Good park like view out our windows. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly cleaning staff. We had the buffet brunch at Prestons which was very good. The host staff at front and staff at the buffet were very welcoming and informative. Lady at back delivered the waffle when my daughter forgot. Made to order omelets, carving station (pork loin), freshly made waffles, and a number of choices for entrees, sides, salads, and desserts. Soft drinks, OJ, and good Coffee included. They had special on bloody Mary’s and mimosas but we didn’t get them.

Negative: Maybe add a water filling station near the ice machines?

Summary: Nice stay at great location to VA Tech but can be pricey during football season or parent events.
