Summary: The property is gated, and includes parking in the gated area. The unit was beautiful and clean! We had a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Broadway, always felt safe. Communication with the host was great. My daughter and I came back late one night and received a low battery message on the check in pad to our unit. We messaged the host and he was there the next day to replace the battery and asked if there was anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Summary: Very secure, welcoming and roomy. Gated parking along with ally spaces equally safe feeling. Gate control and parking sticker were not a hassle at all.We were spending the evening on Broadway and the location was spot on. Very easy walk. We had a short visit so the coffee pot was only kitchen appliance used. Table area was a very comfortable space to work from. Living room space spacious, comfortable beds, bathroom very tidy.
