Summary: The place was clean, as advertised, and in a great location for what we wanted to do. The walk to Broadway was easy, don't let the hill scare you on the way back, it's not that bad and we are seniors! Would stay here again.

Summary: This was our first VRBO experience. The property was everything described by owner. Even though I can't walk far, the walk to Broadway was easy. Many good restaurants were also in walking distance. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to contact and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to enjoy Nashville.

Summary: Just as advertised. Great location, under a mile walk to downtown Nashville. Ample, free parking (which is perfect for a rental car, but frankly you could get away with walking everywhere and ubering when necessary). Easy communication with hosts, plenty of free amenities to get you through a few days (crackers, toiletries, etc). Stayed with my mother and we both had our own large beds, ample shared space in living room and kitchen. Being used to city and apt life, I was not bothered by it at all, but if you're not used to that there is "noise", light footsteps upstairs, the occasional fire engine siren, etc. Host provided ear plugs (I normally travel with my own anyway) and I slept just fine! May I suggest a white noise machine/app if your sensitive to things like that, because this location is totally worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved being close enough to walk to things and also the entire “home” vibe we felt. We stayed in 2 nights of our stay, the condo was perfect for it. The owners are spot on in answer time. Just an overall great place and owners.
