Positive: Location, privacy and luxuary of the villa. Staff specially Osama did their best to make the stay perfect.

Negative: Bathrooms need redesign to keep shower water inside the shower. Food was not our type.

Positive: Bedroom and living room are nice. Easy to get there, don’t need a 4x4.

Negative: The property has a lot of potential and I really wanted to like it but it wasn’t good and I wouldn’t stay there again. Kitchen is pretty bad - no cutlery, plates/bowls, cooking equipment etc. also had very old, dirty sponges for washing coffee cups. bathroom had a lot of broken stuff in there and was dirty. Breakfast was not good. Outside is very bare, they could make it a little more comfortable. Tours provided are very expensive for what they are. Minimal effort made by tour guides. Expensive accommodation for the standard and service provided, it’s not worth it. I would not recommend.

Positive: The staff are always there to assist. Osama and Mohammad are very nice and helpful. Location is great! Bed is very comfortable

Negative: There are few minor things which could be improved to make sure the comfort of each guest. For example more towels available for the pool area ( only one towel per person was provided during the stay). Kitchen essentials ( knife, chopping board, pans, pots and kitchen paper etc) are needed for a functional kitchen. All above items were delivered to us after request.

Positive: Good location, clean villa and buggy motorbikes are available to rent.

Negative: Expensive stay for the service. Feeling not secure as the villa doesn't have keys. Breakfast meal is little for a family. No towels are offered. Bathrooms need maintenance; bidet leaks and basin drainage issues.

Positive: The resort locates at the edge of the desert so it's easy to reach by normal cars. Rooms are well furnitured and clean, you can even take a comfort bath in the desert house. The house keeper Osamh helps a lot, he offered us a very nice experience. In addition, the sunset journey and desert dinner are strongly recommended, private BBQ under the starlight was definitely fantastic .

Positive: It’s beautiful and well located. Mr. Osama the caretaker of the property is an excellent and wonderful person he made our stay even better than it could have been so a big shout out and thanks to him
