Summary: The apartment was perfect for a winter family get-away. The home was clean and well appointed. The location was perfect and we saw whales, wallabies, birds and foxes. Upstairs catches the sun and keeps the apartment warm all tjtough the winter evenings.

Summary: I loved staying here. “The Place” was a perfect fit for my son and I, and a small dog.The house itself is very clean, well provisioned, the two bedrooms are a good size. Downstairs a spacious, light and comfortable living area. There is a lovely bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms as well as a toilet in the laundry downstairs. The second bedroom is set up as a kids bedroom with games and books, but a double bed along with kids bunks meant my adult son was a comfortable visitor for a week. Both bedrooms have views of trees and if you open the window at night you can sometimes hear the ocean and be woken by birdsong in the morning.Situated in a quiet part of the town, with some bush on two sides of the property, it is common to see kookaburras, king parrots and rainbow lorikeets and even a whipbird. The courtyard is enclosed and private, a good size for my small dog to get outside but be safely contained. The ocean and lake are only five minutes comfortable walk as well as a kids park. A small Woolworths is five minutes drive and there are many options for meals in the town and surrounding area. Peter was a fantastic host. Never far from the phone and any help I required. I would happily return and highly recommend “The Place” at Culburra Beach for your next holiday.

Summary: My stay here has been a delight from the moment I stepped through the front door. Clean and quiet, a bottle of wine waiting to be opened, a comfortable bed and a deep bathtub. The small courtyard was just the right size for my small dog, and then there is the lake and the beach to explore. Woolworths only five minutes drive away and an abundance of places to eat nearby. Peter is a fantastic host. A great place to relax and enjoy Culburra and surrounds.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable week long summer get away, in fact it was better equipped than our own home (the beach umbrella was a lifesaver). Peter was responsive and lovely to deal with.

Summary: I stayed at the Place for 4 nights with my dog. The townhouse was beautiful & had everything you needed. It’s a few minutes drive to Culburra Beach (as my dog is elderly) & a walk up the street to the lake (no dogs). I plan to come back.
