Positive: The property was fantastic. Very well equipped.

Negative: The yards need a bit of TLC. Back yard looking from the fabulous verandah had stacks of old timber and was very messy. Bits and pieces everywhere. The house needs a good clean around doors and windows very dusty and accumulated pet hair around bottom of chairs. Front door lock needs attention. We could not open it from the inside easily. Also. There was not one spare roll of loo paper.
