Summary: We came for family Weekend at Duke University This is our second visit to the farmhouse . This home is even more beautiful in the Fall. It’s cozy and immaculately perfect . The fire place , Morning coffee and beautiful Sunrises make this truly a home away from home.

Summary: You can see the home is very clean and well maintained on the outside but when you open the door and walk inside you will be amazed! I have never seen a more beautiful renovation of a farm house. A wonderful surprise! The owners were very helpful and there are operating instructions for all the modern appliances. They also have a book with “local” places to visit and things to do. We will be returning!

Summary: From the moment we arrived at this farmhouse, we were blown away. Every single detail was perfectly appointed, and unbelievably, it was even more beautiful in person than the photos show. It was clear a lot of love, attention, and design expertise were poured into this renovation, and as a result, it was a perfect space for our group to rest and reconnect. The property itself is lovely. The trails are well-marked, the stars shine bright, and it's very quiet. We really enjoyed the fire pit on the patio. The details in the house are incredible. We enjoyed Pellegrino upon arrival and loved the peaceful aesthetics of the home. The beds are super comfortable, and the sound machine added a nice touch. We loved the breakfast nook, the morning sun, and the beautiful farmhouse table. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us so well!
