Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The continental breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and a great way to start each morning. What really made our experience special was the outstanding staff. My son accidentally left his favorite toy behind, and the staff went out of their way to find it and return it to us. Their kindness, honesty, and helpfulness meant so much to our family. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to coming back!

Summary: I have made this my second home after traveling long hours and truly missed seeing Ms. Bella. She is by far a breathe of fresh air to this organization and extremely helpful to customers. As a person who works in the healthcare field, her words of encouragement, tenacity and cleaniness is a true asset to any business and needed today times. It was unfortunate she was not there in staffing any longer but upper management, meaning owners, need to look into how customers value brands for longevity. People take jobs because they love what they do and it showed in this staffer being always happy even if she was maybe having a bad day. You may want to look into bringing her back. Other than our entire family missing her and new ones meeting her, it was still a great experience.
