Positive: Relax Bali sits beautifully overlooking the sea. The rooms are really comfortable and well designed. The villas with the private pool and access to the seafront are amazing. Watching the sun come up is highly recommended. Barra, Justin and the team are incredible. Always available and very visible to make their guests feel at home and comfortable. A real family atmosphere The dive centre is great. Justin and Gde were great guides showing us the underwater beauty. Diving the wrecks off the coasts was spectacular and well worth the visit. Thank you team Relax for making our stay outstanding

Negative: If you want nightlife outside of the resort, this isnt the place for you. We were very happy just staying in the resort for our stay.

Positive: The resort is a paradise for those seeking relaxation and diving. Our stay was amazing, thanks to the resort’s serene atmosphere and exceptional service. The diving instructor, Maja, stood out for his patience and expertise. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced diver, he makes every underwater adventure safe, confident and excited. The food was outstanding, a perfect balance of local and international dishes that delighted the senses (a bit spicy for my taste). The peaceful surroundings, from the poolside to the spa, create an ideal space forrecharge. The staff was incredible, their genuine smiles to help made every interaction pleasant. A huge thank you to Maja and the entire team for making our stay so special. I’ll definitely return! 🌴

Negative: The ocean waves become noisy during the night in the Monkeys bungalows.

Positive: Beautiful hotel right by the sea, from the restaurant you can see the waves from one side and from the other side there is a huge volcano. Breakfasts were good but what I have to highlight the dinners - I always enjoyed them very much. They also gave us compensation in the form of a free massage for the broken air conditioning, which they quickly fixed. Last but not least, it's a perfect place for diving, they have a diving base right here, a few dozen meters from the beach there are beautiful coral reefs and a shipwreck. Free kayak or paddleboard rental at the hotel.

Positive: Facilities are great with garden and pools well maintained. Restaurant provides both western and local cuisine with good quality. View is just amazing from the room. We were lucky enough to spot a whale from our room! Moreover, it’s a great location for diving and snorkelling. There are many fish, sea stars and turtles in the water just outside of our room. My 10yo daughter got her diving certificate here this time. The coach Justin is superb. My daughter felt safe and comfortable learning diving with him. He made sure they get the best experience possible and took them to the liberty wreck for the final lesson, which was an unforgettable experience.

Negative: It’s located in a small town, without many options of restaurants nearby. But Tulamben and Amed is only 10-30min drive where you can find many good restaurants.

Positive: This place is fantastic, beautiful nature and the sea. Snorkling and diving are available at the hotel and right in front. We did our first diving with our 10 years old son. Philippe, our instructor, was the best, very professional and so good with kids as well. It was a great experience. The staff is very nice. Clara the manager was very attentive to our family needs and just wanted to make our stay special. We stayed at the villa and the family apartment which were both amazing. Very quiet and relaxing place right by the sea. Would love to come back. Thank you!

Positive: Amazing place! Due to it being low season we were upgraded from our deluxe room to a private villa which was beautiful! Our own private pool with access to the beach. Restaurant was very lovely, good variety of food. We were given a free 30 minute massage to use when we wished, we extended it to 1 hour which again was incredible and so relaxing, in their spa room next to the beach, you could hear the waves crashing. So peaceful. Diving was great, dive team were lovely and accommodating to everyone’s needs. Reception was super helpful in arranging excursions too! Fantastic stay overall and would definitely stay again!

Positive: We will be returning here one day! It was over-the-top as far as the room, maintenance, grounds, restaurant, staff!! We fully enjoyed our stay!

Negative: Not a lot to do within walking distance. The pool, diving and relaxing was wonderful tho!
