Positive: The tents were like a 5 star hotel room, in fact probably better in terms of character and ambience. Nice and cool too! Very laid back and Pim the manager and his team, went out of their way to ensure the stay was great. The bed was awesome too!

Positive: Perfect setting, beautiful spot just away/close enough from Tulamben. Tents are the best and most comfortable we experienced until now. Staff is top notch and super friendly, food is yummy and prepared with love. Hosts are adorable and super eco conscious, supporting local NGO's (Sungai watch/design products purchased), working with local community disposing and sorting trash (bank sampah Munti gunung collects weekly). They also are animal lovers and care for stray dogs and cats around, they already adopted 3 adorable cats + a dog and sterilized and vaccinated them all. Tippies, bonfire and restaurant terraces are creating the perfect beach bohemian atmosphere. Yoga mats are available, sunsets and sunrises are both enjoyable from the beach. They are already accommodating diving activities and plan to open a diving center super soon. You can already arrange scuba equipment rental and shore dive from there aswel as boat dives. Tianyar Savana is 5 minutes riding from Barefoot glamping, it's a perfect spot to get unique sunrise and sunset colours and magic atmosphere. It's only an hour motor bike ride from Besakih and Kintamani, amazing roads and landscape on the way (Agung and Batur views are epic), so if you'replanning to hike Mount Batur, Abang or Agung, it could be the perfext starting point. 20 minutes up north you'll find one of the nicest and tourists less waterfall in Bali. We definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Positive: Barefoot Glamping is a brand-new place run by a wonderful Dutch host and a kind local team, with service that goes truly above and beyond. The tents are much more comfortable than expected for glamping, the pool is excellent, and the beach right in front is swimmable – a rare gem in Bali. The restaurant is simple but absolutely delicious, one of the best we tried on the island. We stopped here for one night on our way from Amed to Pemuteran so the drive wouldn’t be too long with our 1.5-year-old daughter, and for us that was just the right amount of time. Peaceful, connected to nature, and family-friendly – we loved our stay.

Negative: Shade around the pool and beach is a bit limited during the day, though there is shaded seating available at the restaurant area.

Positive: Very tranquil quiet place to re connect with nature, falling asleep with the sound of the waves and waking up with the song of the birds is very relaxing The food is amazing they have a wide variety of traditional and western dishes They have a diving school in the way, but the instructions are already there and they showed me the Reef by snorkeling! Amazing and there where no other people there I will definitely come back to have some quiet relaxing days

Positive: This brand new place feels like a little piece of paradise. It is located directly on the beach, with an amazing infinity pool. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and they offer great freshly prepared food. The warm colors and the eye for details create a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. The tents are amazing with super comfortable beds, warm lights and a very modern feel. You can dive right into the original Balinese culture and watch the stars at night while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Thanks so much to Pim and all staff for giving us this great experience, we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back!
