Unit is fully furnished, with two lanai's, washer/dryer, television, Wi-Fi, and 1 garage space parking. Kona Pacific is a clean, non smoking property with access to pool, barbecues, club house w/outdoor Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower.

Summary: We loved our stay here. It was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could need (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc). It was also super quiet even though it's walking distance to the downtown where there's lots of restaurants and shopping.

Summary: The condo is exceptionally clean and spacious. The main bathroom has a big shower. Much better than my own at home. The apartment is so stocked with everything I thought it was a warehouse for Costco. There were even alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator plus water. The property manager Joe was very attentive and accommodating. We had trouble putting on the TV, we are not technologically inclined but Joe helped walk us through. Summary: Had a great time on the big island, and this apartment was the perfect place to stay for the visit! Great location, close to the shops and restaurants in downtown Kona, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, from beach equipment to enjoy the Hawaiian outdoors, to totes and cooler bags to take to the farmers markets and enjoy the local produce! And the host was extremely communicative about the property and location. Answered all the questions I had before my visit and recommended a lot of places to check out while I was there. I didn't have any issues while I was there that needed addressing, but I'm confident if I did they would have been handled quickly.
