Summary: Great staff. Servers maintenance and housekeeping extremely helpful and friendly Did not like the coffee pods. Its not really healthy and the room coffee was awful LOVE the re useable drinking canisters

Summary: The check in was so easy, the front desk attendant was so helpful. Even though we checked in at 11pm she was so cheerful and kind. I think her name was Coya? The room is gorgeous, the bed is so comfortable and we have everything we could need in the room. We love it!

Summary: Hotel is in a great location, and it is a full service hotel with pool, spa, and several restaurants and a bar near the pool. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but it was comfortable. I was there 2 nights, and my room wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing. It wasn't cheap, so I expected a bit more. Front desk was understaffed, and the restaurant only serves $58 brunch on Sundays. I wanted to order off the menu, but I was told that wasn't an option.

Summary: Cleaning of the rooms is every 5 days! I thought Covid was over. They replace towels and take the trash every two but the that is crazy for a hotel. Location is great.

Summary: We stayed here for the 4th of July a day before we checked in to our timeshare. We picked this hotel specifically because we had seen the parade went by the hotel and it has a great little beach. The hotel is very nice and clean. We got 2 free welcome Mai Tais, welcome shell necklaces and option for sand buckets and tools for the kids. The pool is so nice and it’s connected to a shopping center and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants in Kona. We plan on staying here again next year.
