Summary: Loved our time at the apartment. Great area that is close to metro and walkable to lots of beautiful sights including Place de Vendôme, gardens, the Seine and more. Apartment was clean and safe.

Summary: We enjoyed being able to walk to many attractions as well as the proximity to several metro stops. Great for our four night sightseeing trip!!

Summary: We have a lovely time in Paris. The location of the flat allowed us to walk everywhere. All main attractions were within a 30 minute walk, and it took us around 45 minutes to get to Montmatre. There is a plethora of excellent bistro's within a few minutes walk, and even more if you're willing to walk up to 30 minutes. Obviously, public transport and taxi's are an option, we just like walking around exploring. The apartment is comfortable, was very clean, and perfect for our 4 night stay with our two teenage boys. The only downside, is that you can hear the metro rumble by, but that didn't really bother us. Just make sure you have plenty of the excellent, reasonably priced wine from the local restaurants and cafes. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Summary: Our family of four (2 adults, 7 years & 16 years) stayed in this apartment for four nights. The apartment was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. The two twin beds in the second bedroom was a nice touch to allow our kids to sleep in separate beds. The apartment was clean. Very happy with the apartment. The location was terrific...just a few minutes walk from the Place de la Concorde and the Seine. It was a short 5 minute walk in evening to see the lights on the Eiffel Tower. Two subway stations were also within 3 minutes walk. The neighborhood was clean and quiet with several restaurants. The local management team was responsive when we had an issue with the building. The issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.
