Positive: The accommodation is located in Area 1, which is safe and convenient, and the location is quite superior. It is a 2-minute walk from Madeleine Subway Station and very close to Metro Line 1. The downstairs block is all kinds of luxury boutique shops, as well as all kinds of restaurants and cafes. The accommodation is also very safe. There is also a security door after the Gate. After getting on the elevator, there is also a security door in the accommodation. There are three layers of safety protection, which is very safe.

Negative: Loic had taught me to classify garbage. The garbage downstairs of the apartment is divided into several categories: 1 is all kinds of bottles, 1 is this kind of cartons and cartons, 1 is wet garbage, and 1 is other garbage. I think there is a practical suggestion. It is suggested that garbage classification can be explained in the room to help tenants do a good job of garbage classification every day.

Positive: We loved the apartment. Felt very romantic for our honeymoon trip to Paris. Cute, cozy, well equipped blades, silverware, wine, glasses, stocked with soaps and paper products for the guests. I was glad to have an iron, ironing board, and a very nice hairdryer. With the grocery store just around the corner and coffee and tea pots in the unit we were able to save a lot of money eating breakfast at the apartment and packing lunches to take with us for the day. Top floor offers privacy and views of the tippy top of Eiffel Tower. Quiet building. Very centrally located to most points of attraction. Just off the beaten path and outside the most touristy area which allowed us to explore more of local restaurants and observe Parisian’s in their daily lives. Convenient Metro access from CGD airport and right on the banks of Seine. We walked to Eiffel Tower, Arch of Triumph , Notre Dame, and Louvre on foot from the apartment. The highlight of my trip was riding electric bikes everywhere after three days of walking. There are a lot of electric bike stations near the apartment and very easy access to navigate to any point of interest. The host Loïc was very responsive, informative, friendly and helpful.

Positive: It is in an excellent position, walking distance to museums and galleries and the Madeleine metro is a few minutes walk. It is very well appointed with appliances. And there is a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris. (Especially at sunrise) Our host was charming and helpful. We would definitely come back here if we were to visit Paris again

Negative: Would have liked a comfy chair !

Positive: Amazing location in a beautiful part of town, right near the Tuileries and a short walk/bike ride to many attractions. View of the Eiffel Tower in the distance from one of the windows. Host was very accommodating and helful!

Negative: just be aware that the ceilings are a bit low, especially in the bathroom, in case you are tall!

Negative: small space to begin with but the fact that the studio is converted from an attic space limits functional area because of the slanted walls. no comfortable seats or seating areas. the space is ok for 2 people but 3rd person is added, it become very tight.

Positive: Great location, central to everything a tourist would want to visit! The host was amazing, kept in constant contact with us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a good place to stay in France.

Negative: My husband is almost 6 feet tall and he had to duck at some areas in the apartment.

Positive: Everything was great. The host is always in touch, the location is great, there is a supermarket nearby, the kitchen equipment is excellent.

Negative: For those who come in winter and like warmth - the air conditioner set to heat does not save - it is quite cool at night. You also need to dress carefully during the day.
