Summary: Room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy, even arriving very late night. All staff were polite. Only thing I could think for improvement was the air conditioner seemed to output too much moisture, the bedding seemed a little damp the first night. Second night was fine as we turned off the A/C while we were gone. Great experience overall

Summary: Have always enjoyed staying at this Red roof. Friendly staff, had a minor issue with a bathroom door handle falling off, but the staff assured me that they would take care of it.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for several nights that wasn't too expensive but clean and comfortable. This place is undergoing renovation on the grounds, so the campus is a bit of a mess. Our room was adequate for our needs. The floor, however, looked clean but left the bottom of our feet black. I reported this and it seemed better the second day. The cleaning was good otherwise, with room done every day. The jetted tub was large. This stay met our needs. Originally I requested a room type that the service desk told me wasn't something they had on the property even though it showed on the website. We were offered a different room, but it was on the back side of the building and had no direct parking in front of it - it would have been difficult to take our suitcases to it. If they ever finish the remodel of this location, it will be better.

Summary: The room was clean and the bathroom was too. We were extremely tired and appreciated the kindness of the staff. Unfortunately, our room reeked smoke/pot from people smoking right outside our room and the A/C sucking the smell in. Not something the property can control, I understand, but unfortunate. Overall, it was perfect for a quick overnight as we passed through, just needing a clean shower and beds. Great value for the price.
