Summary: Excellent area , home needs attention in some areas , door locks broken and wasn’t real secure . Probably didn’t need them as area was really nice , but would feel secure if doors would lock properly. Excellent price in my opinion

Summary: House not in the condition shown in photos. Paint & wallpaper peeling. Ceilings & trim need replaced everywhere. Floors have many worn areas with lots of paint on wood floors. New flooring in upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, & kitchen. Many lights don’t function and no outlets with easy to charge places near beds. Some outlets don’t even work. Back porch doesn’t have same look as photos and one big board very soft right outside door. Lucky we didn’t fall through deck. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. Not many towels in house. Internet does work most of the time. Door locks were easy to use for front and back door with code. Warning upstairs bedrooms have window a/c units. Downstairs stays pretty cool. No dishwasher in kitchen as described. Cabinets very bare in kitchen - only butter knives to cut with and one small pan. Make sure you bring other kitchen equipment if you plan to cook at all. They did provide 1 paper towel and lots of toilet paper and hand soap. Dryer in basement was handy for the stay. Overall I would not stay here again.
