Summary: Spacious, spotless, and convenient. This is a beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our family enjoyed having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Plenty of towels and paper products to get through our 5 night stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Big garage allowed us to park our 12 person van inside at an angle, which was nice. It was about 55 min to get to Springdale and Zion NP entrance. We ate at a couple local restaurants and coffee shop and enjoyed everything. Two minor issues, walk in shower in the downstairs master bedroom has bad water pressure. Probably just needs switched to a shower head that isn't restrictive. But there are 4 other full bathrooms so this is minor. Other issue was the master bed is likely bigger than a normal king and instead of having a fitted sheet they placed a flat sheet on the mattress. So the first time you roll over the sheet is no longer covering the mattress. There were extra king sheets in the unit and none fit this bed. So we just doubled up the flat sheet and that covered things up. neither issue warranted contacting the owner/management. Overall, this was an excellent 5 star stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: Our group of friends and family stayed in Washington, Utah. Our home was sooo amazing!! Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The rental company was very responsive as well. Would definitely rent with Red Rock Vacations again.

There was plenty of parking for ATV trailers - although not everyone in the neighborhood understands what the long parking spots are for... We have stayed in this neighborhood before and would do it again.
