Summary: The location of this home is fantastic if you're looking for a quieter neighborhood that's close to pretty much everything. It's a short 5-10 minute drive to grocery and several restaurants, about 45 minutes to Zion, 2.5 hours to Grand Canyon North Rim, and a couple of pretty great lakes. We enjoyed it all while we were there. The house itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable home away from home. The layout and size was perfect for us, along with two other small families. The fact that every bedroom had it's own bathroom was so amazing. We made lots of meals at the house and used the BBQ a few times. The ONLY somewhat complaint was not at all due to the house, but the community pool. We found it to be a little less cared for - mirky water, trash here and there throughout the pool area. Other than that, our stay was great and we absolutely recommend this rental!

Summary: My family of four (two adults and two teens) was traveling with two elderly friends to celebrate our son's graduation. The property had every amenity imaginable for a rental. Each and every item from the bedrooms to the kitchen was of high quality. When we experienced a minor issue - the microwave went out - the owners immediately replaced it! My family slept in the two bedrooms on the second floor, and we were able to give the two lower-level bedrooms to our elderly friends. The location was absolutely perfect for us - we were no more than a 2-hour drive away from all of the activities we had planned - North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, St. George and more! Our stay was absolutely fabulous, and we highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a group!
