Summary: With a patio door on the first floor, this was the perfect place to stay in with one of our Labradors. It was easy to take her out, was without carpets so any potential "accidents" could be cleaned easily (none happened), and had no pet odor whatsoever. I think they might be in the midst of a remodel, but there was no problem with that at all. I recommend!

Summary: Nice hotel, clean. Friendly staff. The outdoor pool was perfect on a hot day. The jets in the hot tub were not working great but clean and hot. There is a great breakfast included and a restaurant and bar located in the hotel as well

Summary: We were told our room was not cleaned and ready at check in. They had us sit and wait while they did a walk through to see if it was ready. After an hour, my husband and I were done giving the staff at the counter “the look” so he walked over to ask about the room. Magically it was ready at that time. Dirty stained and worn couch in the room. It was a parlor suite.

Summary: The once grand Red Lion brand has lowered to an old, dirty, dusfinctiona property across the board. Sad that we have a long term contract for our annual conference. They barely are able to manage our large group.

Summary: Great location when flying in or out of Pasco Tri-Cities. Great food options available as well. Some of the carpet in the main areas is a little outdated but the room I stayed in had been updated with new flooring and fixtures. The staff was awesome and even called my room after checking in to make sure all was good. This is my second time staying here.

Summary: Bathroom door not square and won’t close. Drape rod broken so we couldn’t open or. Close drapes. Restaurant closed for kitchen repairs. Not clean along wood work especially in bathroom. Coffee pot cord too short to reach outlet.

Summary: I changed rooms at the last minute and they were going under renovation. The room was really dusty - floor surfaces etc. I blame myself for not saying anything. I should have. The breakfast was ok.
