Summary: My husband and I came to visit our kids and decided to get our own place. Perfect. A few blocks from the river walk. Minutes to their house. He lived the basketball hoop. It was spotless and the beds were nice. Well done!

Summary: We stayed here with family so we could be close to all the activities at a recent wedding. The place was clean and well-maintained with all the amenities most people would need. The only critiques I would offer is that I never heard back about a request for a late check-out, although I was pretty last-minute about the request so no big deal. The other issue was that the beds weren't all made when we arrived. It wasn't that big of a deal either because there were plenty of clean sheets and it didn't take long to make them but it was still a little confusing why they weren't made in the first place.

Summary: Good stay overall, after a little of a rough start with plumbing issues. Homeowner handled it well and the issue really did not impact our stay too much. Fortunately had other family members staying at a nearby hotel that we could shower with. Owner was very responsive to repairs and was able to get everything addressed on the day of our issue. Thanks Larry!

Summary: We loved the layout of the house and the convenience of the location. It was just right for the 3 generations we had in our party. The basketball pad in the back was an added bonus that we enjoyed using. Communication was fantastic with management and we appreciated their response times. It was a great stay and anytime we are in Pasco again, we will surely look forward to staying at this home again.

Summary: Great little one floor home on a large property with all the amenities every Vrbo should have. No complaints. They only thing I would improve are the beds. They aren’t bad but could be better. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Stayed here with a co worker for a week. Great place with a lot of space to relax after work. Home owner was personable and would recommend this house for a family if ever visiting the area.

Summary: We have stayed in this home twice and will stay again if available. Plenty of room for my entire family, grandkids and In Laws. Huge back yard and anything you could need is in the closets. We did need to contact the property manager for light bulbs and a ceiling fan that didn’t work. One of the beds was not made when we arrived and had to find the bedding. It was still in the dryer….. Overall really love this place
