Summary: This property was a unique idea of turning a detached garage into living quarters. The place was plenty big, AC worked well although it turned off during the day when we were out so I had to cool it back off after returning. My only complaint is there is a desk at the back of the property which made perfect sense to sit my laptop on for the little bit of work I was allowing myself to finish. Problem is, I could find no AC receptacle anywhere near it.

Summary: I traveled to Tri Cities to compete in my 1st 1/2 Ironman with my husband this past weekend. When looking to rent a place, I wanted somewhere to rest, cook my own meals, and feel at peace pre and post race - and this was it! This is a beautiful private building, very spacious, everything is new & clean and modern! All of the small touches were there - from little gadgets & condiments in the kitchen, to phone chargers, to toiletries in case you forgot, to a water filtration system, glasses in the freezer chilling, a Keurig & pods - oh my!The private back patio looking out to the neighbor's horses, sheep & goat was so peaceful & relaxing! I was able to meet one of the owner's and his children by chance, and they were lovely - so kind, and supportive of my athletic achievement! They gave us a great local restaurant recommendation too. Highly recommend this location - we really lucked out ! :)
