Positive: It was in the center of town, with great public transportation connections. The accommodation was quite large, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was very friendly, and we were able to store our luggage there.

Negative: It was a heatwave in London, nearly 30 degrees, no air conditioning, the window couldn't be opened fully, so the apartment didn't cool down enough at night. The blinds didn't really provide any shade during the day. There were ventilators in the living room and bedroom, but unfortunately, it wasn't really possible to sleep in this heat.

Positive: - Close to lots of attractions in central London - very convenient place to stay. - Lots of options near by for food and drinks. - Very clean and comfortable. - Self check in worked really well. - Helpful complimentary consumables - tea, coffee and some make up wipes that saved me when I had forgotten mine! - Modern bathroom with powerful shower. - Lovely self contained flat, wish we could have stayed longer!

Positive: The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The staff Andreea was very helpful teaching us how to use the codes and checking us in. The kitchen is well equipped: cutleries, pots & pans, dishwasher, washing and dryer, fridge and all the supplies,

Negative: It’d be much better if there is air conditioning as we were in the middle of the heat wave, so we had to keep the windows opened, it gets a little noisy in early mornings during weekdays. Weekends are more quiet,
