Summary: Very friendly and helpful reception staff; two great guys but no other staff were visible. Rooms were not made; bins unemptied; no refreshment of water or tea etc some mouldy pool umbrellas that could have been replaced. Pool is lovely and a delight. The on site restaurant was okay and the staff very attentive.

Summary: This hotel was perfect for us as a family with connecting rooms. Both bedrooms were huge and traditional style but clean. The bathrooms just need a bit of maintenance (one toilet lid broken off plus shampoo and shower gel containers missing from wall etc) The pool is brilliant, kids loved it - small inner walled shallow area for little ones too. Very clean. Reception/service is basic and i would go into Battambang (reception called us a tuk-tuk, guy named Jacky Chan! He was great so ask for him) for all meals. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel but breakfast wasn't great to be honest. Bit pricey for what it is but for young families I'd recommend!

Summary: The hotel has a great staff! The facilities were good. I had breakfast, laundry and parked on the premises. They have a nice pool. I asked for some additional things which were easily accommodated. For the money I would recommend this property.
