Positive: The authentic experience of having a little apartment and a home in the middle of Bangkok. The room was fun, pretty, and big, more like a flat than a room, the staff seems charming and helpfull and the place seems peacefull quiet and safe. I could not have been more lucky in choosing a place last minute arriving at the airport.

Positive: The interior had character like I had never seen in Bangkok. Very clean. Very big

Negative: Unfortunately here there is no cistern with the toilet, so you have to fill a bucket. Never had to do that in my life, but it wasn't a big issue

Positive: Great value for money. Spotlessly clean large room. Comfortable bed (with like new sheets). Good a/c. Kettle & fridge. Good water pressure for shower (no heated water but temperature is ok). Safe & secure. Private. Friendly & efficient staff. Small shop on site. Well maintained building inside & out. Clean neighbourhood. (Just off main road so some noise but did not disturb me and sleeping was great).

Negative: All good.

Summary: Excellent, clean & safe budget accommodation.

Negative: Shower not as warm as I'd like and aircon could be quieter on the lowest setting, but it was a perfect stay otherwise.

Positive: Almost everything I basically needed was there including a Kettle + It is a good location.

Negative: Not much of a complaints for me but the Condenser Unit (in Balcony)can be fixed. So the AC inside the room will get cool nicely and minimize loud pressere noice.
